- **Retrait sur place (sans livraison)** : échanges effectués **dans notre hangar à Orison**.
- **Mises à jour LIVE** : avant d’acheter, **vérifiez qu’aucune mise à jour LIVE** n’est en cours de déploiement. Nous **déclinons toute responsabilité** en cas de pertes liées aux soft wipes.
__**Règles de transaction (sécurité)**__
**1. Paiement intégral requis** avant toute remise d’objet.
**2.** Une fois le paiement confirmé, le **conteneur contenant votre article vous est remis**.
**3.** Toute **tentative d’arnaque, agressivité ou perte de temps délibérée** mettra immédiatement fin à la vente, sera **signalée** (risque de **ban UEX** ou autres conséquences) et **aucune transaction future** ne sera réalisée avec vous.

__**Option Livraison (objets de valeur)**__
- **Frais de livraison** : **15%** du prix de vente.
- **Vaisseau utilisé** : sélectionné selon la nature et le volume de la cargaison.
- **Option “Livraison sécurisée en Idris”** : **+10%** supplémentaires, disponible **à partir d’un total de vente de 5 000 000 aUEC**.
- Les **frais de livraison sont dus à l’avance et non remboursables** en cas de bug, aléas serveurs ou incident en transit. Si une relivraison est possible, elle sera effectuée ; à défaut, la transaction est **close selon l’état du serveur** au moment des faits.

- **LIVE updates**: before buying, **ensure no LIVE update is dropping**. We **cannot be held responsible** for losses caused by soft-wipe patches.
__**Trade Rules (Safety First)**__
**1. Full payment is required before** any item is released.
**2.** After payment confirmation, **you receive the container with your item**.
**3.** Any **scam attempt, aggressive behavior, or deliberate time-wasting** will immediately terminate the deal, be **reported** (possible **UEX ban** or other consequences), and **no future sales** will be made with you.

__**Delivery Option (high-value items)**__
- **Delivery fee: 15%** of the sale price.
- **Ship selection** depends on cargo type and volume.

- **Delivery fees are paid upfront** and **non-refundable** in case of bugs, server issues, or incidents in transit. Re-delivery will be attempted if feasible; otherwise, the transaction is **closed according to the server state** at the time.
